Does anybody know where I can find a unit study on matter and chemistry. We are on the last chapter of our science book and while I have been pleased with the book, I do not like how they have this chapter written out. It is a hit on this and that. Pretty much an overview of what is to come. I would like something that focuses on one thing at a time. Also, is there a link to a printable periodic table of elements? Thanks!
Hi Patty! Okay, I don't think this one is printable- but it is SO COOL!! www dot periodic table dot com (take out spaces!) Here a link for the periodic table in video form. Each element has a 1 to 2 minute video explaining properties and usages. Really fun to watch! http://www.periodicvideos.com/# Marty
Here is a link to The Science Spot, lots of lesson plan links. http://sciencespot.net/Pages/classchemlsn.html
Have you tried looking at Currclick? I know they have lots of unit studies. I like that they can be instantly downloaded and used immediately. We used Noeo and I beefed it up a bit. I love the book the Mystery of the Periodic Table.
