Carl's cooking Tilapia for dinner tonight. (Or, to be more accurate, he's suppose to be if he remembers to get it out of the freezer to thaw!!! LOL!)
Well, we didn't end up having Rogan Josh at all. I make Chicken Tikka Masala and a vegetable Korma for everyone.
We are having a chicken and rice casserole, and a veggie, haven't decided which one yet. We're eating late tonight, because I had to work.
Yesterday: Grilled Chicken brats, potato salad and potato salad for a quick lunch. Marinated/grilled steaks with onions & mushrooms on top, seasoned fries and salad for supper. Today: Marinated chicken on the grill, mashed potatoes and green beans for lunch ~ eaten al fresco on the back patio. Went for a long, fun trek on trails in the Hoosier National Forest and picked up pizza from the Hut on the way home. Beautiful weather today!!! Making burgers on the grill tomorrow for lunch, served with corn on the cob, potato salad, chips, and baked beans. Tomorrow night getting together with friends at a local Mexican restaurant for supper ~ yum-my!
Made a big pot of yummy chili for supper ~ hit the spot! Also made Chocolate Zucchini Bread today and had that for dessert.
We had chili and cornbread. I could hardly wait for it to get cool outside so we could have this. It's one of may favorites.
