I had not heard of it before until someone on another board mentioned getting ETC online through them. I don't want to get into something that is a hassle so I thought I would check here and see if anyone has used that site (the coop site) before.
Yes, I do and so do a few other here. It is not a hassle. It is nice to have and you get great discounts!
I actually bought something yesterday it's called "Adaptive Curriculum" -it's a one year subscription to a middle-school math/science curriculum. I've bought quite a few things over the years from the co-op -have never had a single problem and they have a lot of great offers. I get a bi-weekly? or monthly? newsletter form them ...too many great products...too little money.......
They have a product that I am looking to go in on this month, actually. I have not bought much through them, but what I have gotten were some very sweet deals. One time shipping was delayed on an item because of the unexpected numbers in the group buy, but I have been very pleased with how that was handled as well.
Definitely not a hassle. We've used them for several things and will continue to do so for years to come.
I used it to buy explode the code last week... no troubles at all! Paid for it saturday night, and had it up and running on Monday morning!
No hassle -- the people who run it are very easy to deal with and very responsive to inquiries, questions, etc.
Just wanted to thank Tuzor. I searched on homeschoolspot.com for ixl.com and saw the post about homeschool buyers coop having it cheaper. I just saved 40% off of a year. So far my son likes it and I like how you can progress without being restricted by grade level.
Yes I use them and they are great !! I have bought a subscription to explode the code, a subscription to teacherfilebox.com, and a DORA test.
Yes, I use them, too. No problems and great discounts. "Like" them on Facebook. Sometimes they announce things on there or have a contest.
