A couple of month ago the light fixture in our bedroom wasn't working. We had our friend, an electrician, come over to repair it. Well, we thought it stopped working again but never called him out a second time because we thought it would cost more money. Handsome saw him at the bank today, explained the situation and our friend said he would be over, no charge. So he arrives, takes off the cover to the fixture and THERE ARE NO LIGHT BULBS!!! LOL:lol:
how embarassing for sure. But since my hubby is an electrician don't feel too bad there are worse mistakes to make
This was almost as embarrassing as the time I locked the keys in the car while it was running. When the AAA man arrived, he asked if I was serious. So I said, "YES!" He walked up to the car, stuck his hand in the open window, pulled up the lock, and said, "Have a nice day."
I bet the guy from AAA was looking for Candid camera or something. Babyboy's mother called the plumber because the water pressure one morning was so bad at their house it was down to a trickle. When the guy got there he walked outside and came back in to tell her the hose was running full blast in the backyard. Her husband had left it running all night.
BWAHAHAHA!!! Patty, my ds14 just read this and about died laughing!!! He asked if you were blonde!....(sorry, my ds14 seems to poke fun at the brunnettely challenged )
Ok Patty, I think I have found my long lost sister. I won't mention my happenings, wouldn't want to steal the post, lol. Let's just say we need to research if one of us was left at the hospital at birth.
