I have searched everywhere for a Thanksgiving lapbook and can't find one anywhere.:? Any idea's or info? Jen
I'm wanting something too. I'm curious if anyone has ever ordered any of the ones from handsofachild.com? $18 seems high so I'm wondering how good they are.
If it can be a notebooking instead of lapbooking project, Scripture Adventures has a great one that is only about $7. You download it and print off however many of the over 100 pages to do. Just go to scriptureadventures.com. They sell bible curriculum, but have some holiday things, too. Very cute and fun stuff.
How about free? This is one is from Homeschool Share. http://www.homeschoolshare.com/docs32465/thanksgivingab.pdf or this free download at Lulu http://www.lulu.com/product/media-download/thanksgiving-interactive-notebook/1859376 If you do a search at Homeschool share you will find specific books that are Thanksgiving themed and if you google free Thanksgiving lapbook you will find others, some you have to join a yahoo group to get them.
Live N Learn Press has one. There's is $21 though. Here is the link in case you are interested in looking. http://www.liveandlearnpress.com/viewItems.php?category=25
My older kids did the Live 'N Learn Press one back when it was a freebie. My younger ones did one from a combination of free sources from The Learning Page and Little Laplinks. YOu can use free activites to put your own together.
Here is a list from homeschoolshare: http://www.homeschoolshare.com/thanksgiving.php Some had been mentioned, but some hadn't.
Lapbooks on oodles of topics Then you must not be a member of my Yahoo Group. Go check it out: Love_to_Lapbook
Hands of a Child units are usually pretty cool. I got one free last year because they were offering freebies for rating and reviewing. I got the PA History one because we have to do it for school. It was VERY comprehensive. I would say look for freebies if you're trying to do something this week before Tgiving!
Did you type in free Thanksgiving lapbook or Thanksgiving printables? I typed that in and got more than I could ever use. Didn't keep track of the sites, but lots of people have posted good links. I've never paid for lapbooking stuff online other than Enchanted Learning. There is so much free stuff out there, it just takes a little more clicking.
