I'm not sure where you might find one, but it's very easy to just make one up on your own. You could give your child a large barn to color and cut out, which could be the cover, and then print outs of farm animals to be glued onto small cards folded in half, then you can put the sound the animal makes under the flap? Maybe even include a copy of Old Macdonald Had a Farm?
