The homemade/from scratch meals thread made me think of starting this up again.

    Tonight we are having ~

Death by halibut (& salmon) It's a baked dish that you make a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, onions, jalapeno & cheddar cheese and bake on the fish.

    Steamed asparagus

    Fresh bread

Maybe a dessert if I get around to it.

I wish you had asked the past two days and I would have been able to say much more interesting dishes (elk steaks with a bacon-mushroom sauce Saturday and Sunday was a big Thanksgiving dinner in February)....tonight is probably going to be some sort of turkey something.

OAMC Hot Beef Sandwiches. Not sure if I'm going to make oven fries or baked potatoes to go with them.

Right now, though, I'm not happy. Phillip really likes Welch's 100% juice Grape/Cherry. Kroger's has the Wlech's 100% stuff on sale this week, plus a $1 coupon on two. GREAT!!! So I go, and Kroger's carries all kinds of 100% juice EXCEPT the one I'm looking for!!! GRRRR..... Well, I can use the coupon elsewhere (and the sale price at Kroger's is the regular price at one of the stores I get it at!)

I cut it up, toss it with fresh garlic and olive oil, and bake it at (I think) 375 until tender. I also will throw some bacon in with it which is SUPER yummy!!! I usually have to precook the bacon first though.

Probably Mac & Cheese - DD has gymnastics, DH has a member appreciation thingy at his cigar shop, so that leaves me with the two youngers and me. So... M&C. :)
