We talked to his boss yesterday and she said that they are flexiable. So he will be working from 10:00 - 1:00. He'll have lunch when he gets home and then do his school work and finally his chores. The others should be finished with their work by the time he gets home and he'll be able to sit down and concentrate without a table full of his siblings distracting him. We've been able to get so much more done with the others and with fewer distractions since he began work.. If he were more of a morning person he could do most of his school work done before he went off to work. I don't want to be tortured so I'm going to let it be
