You guys rock!! I am interested to note that the only other reference to "duck" also comes from British Columbia where my DH grew up! Maybe there's so much rain here they just naturally think of ducks.

I know I am late getting in on this but, I just asked DH and oldest two and all three said at the same time, "Under Dog, why?"

Oh, and I've never been hit in the head with feet before. Maybe b/c our kids are light? It always seems to work, and they love it. I loved it as a kid when my Dad did the big "under DOG" for me too.

Interesting. At least I know he's not crazy! He grew up province jumping until they settled out West, so he'll be excused for using "underduck". But I think the "underdog" voters clearly win out!
