I fought to get the local college to accept my son's homeschool diploma and homeschool transcript. But he wants to transfer to a bigger college in the Fall and they want a more professional looking one than the one I submitted to the Jr College. Does anyone know where I can get one either to buy or download? The one I submitted was just a handwritten one by me and I guess that one is not good enough now. How have you all handled the transcript thing and college aps? Thanks
here is a link to HSLDA transcript page it has samples and much good info http://www.hslda.org/highschool/academics.asp#transcripts
I figured transferring would make it a non-issue, too. I second the HSLDA site. They have great templates to download and fill in yourself. Like, like, LIKE!!!
I thought we would be okay too. That's why we started with a small school. But they are demanding a high school transcript. I told my son it wasn't that way when I went but that has been a while ago.lol I will check out that website. Thank you.
Hi, I used the a free template that I found online. I really like it. Both of mine were accepted to college with no problems. Here is the link. I hope this site will let me post it. http://www.homeschool-curriculum-savings.com/homeschool-transcript-template.html There is also a sample transcript that will help you understand how to use the template. You need to have excel or a similar program from Open Office to use this template. Bountiful blessings, Susan
Here is the FAQ for the template. http://www.homeschool-curriculum-savings.com/homeschool-high-school-transcript.html Here is the sample transcript. Click on Download your sample transcript now! You have to scroll down to find it. http://www.homeschool-curriculum-savings.com/home-school-transcript.html
You are welcome! I am so glad that you like it. I thought the finished product looked very professional. I would never have been able to figure the program out without all the hints and the sample one. Happy homeschooling, Susan
