We are invited to a reaffirmation of wedding vows ceremony. The couple has been married for 10 years with 4 kids. The guy is my dh's employee and long time friend per say, I dont really know them all that well.

Been googling gifts, havent found much on it. Any suggestions?

Being the parents of 4 kids, there is one thing hubby and I love... DATE NIGHTS!!! Maybe you can get them tickets to a play or a concert or something, make a basket with a certificate for baby sitting (we have a horrible time trying to find anyone to take all 4 of our kids at the same time, even family members like grandparents balk at the idea), maybe a gift certificate for a restraunt.

Or if you want to do a family gift, maybe a family game night basket. You can buy them a few board games and toss in some snacks.

I would suggest do some digging (or have your hubby do it) to see what they are interested in and go from there.

I love the game night basket idea. Or you could do a movie night basket with a video the whole family would like, microwave popcorn and maybe some candy. Can you tell I love gift baskets?

Have you searched for a registry? It might be that they are registered somewhere, and if not, do not want gifts. I think most people who are simply renewing their vows do not expect gifts of any kind.

I like the idea of tickets to something. Not sure what's around where you live, but it would be fun for them to get out on the town a bit.

10 years and four kids sounds like a good time to do tickets for a night out for sure :) Or if you don't know if they would like that then stick with the traditional gifts according to the year they are celebrating. Like someone else posted if they are renewing it is unlikely they want gifts other then the gift of your presence at that special day :D

I like both the precious moments dolls and the offer to watch the kids while they go out.
Are they Christians? Could always get a gift from a local Christan store or at CBD.com or ChristanFamily.com (I think that is the right one). I always find a nice little framed verses or little nick nacks with verses. I personally shop at the CBD one.
