It's coming down to the wire now and I'm STILL not sure what I'm going to do for our meeting as far as activities go.. Another mom is helping but so far I feel like she has done EVERYTHING! I can't leave it like that.. I talked to her the other day and we've decided to do a potluck dinner so SHE has made arrangements as to where we are having the meal and has been the one sending out the emails to the group.. So basically she has done it all. She did state that she had some crafts and asked if I wanted to find a story or come up with some games. She's trying to get me involved.. I feel horrible. But I have NO idea what to do. She suggested that I find a craft and we could have tables set up with various crafts and the kids could go and do them as they pleased or they could take them home.. ANY ideas?? I have googled but I'm not finding anything I like..

What's the age range for the crafts and/or games?

Mostly elementary age kids. We do have a few Jr high and some High school but I doubt they would want to do a craft anyway..

You could make Thanksgiving bracelets/necklaces with pony beads. They use different colors of beads to represent the different aspects of Thanksgiving. We are going to do those here at our house. Somewhere there is also a craft about the Indian corn and the colors in the corn represent different blessings. Just quick and easy for large groups is what I'm trying to think of.

We found some really cute activities here. I know that the age range starts low but the kids have to cute out their crafts and piece them together which imo is perfect for kids a bit older.

We made the Native American girl & boy paper craft. (Pics of the finished product are on my HSing blog!)

I try to copy what Oriental Trading Company has to sell. It takes almost two months for them to send to us so it's easier this way. If I planned better I'd buy them but never do. Also have have gone to enchantedlearning.com for quick craft ideas. One Thanksgiving idea that I used was make a tree with out leaves onto a piece of colored paper. I would have a many leaves cut out in fall colors. All they have to do it get the leaves write what they are thankful and paste them to the leafless tree.
