For those that do stockings, what do you put in your hubby's? I'm running low on ideas this year. I have new ear buds, a deck of cards, an iTunes card, 2 snack size packs of nuts, and chapstick. I usually get a couple of pair of socks, too. I need something to take up space. Except for the socks, these things are all small.

We don't much do stockings anymore, but when we did, I'd put in maybe a special pen, a small bottle of smell-good stuff, new handkerchiefs or bandanas, some candy (like a big peppermint stick or cane sticking out the top, maybe a bag of "gold coins" down in the toe, or a chocolate orange if I could find one, or maybe a bag of m&ms - he loves those), maybe a pack of AA or AAA batteries (never know when you're going to need them for the tv remote control!), even a small hand-held game.

I got mine one of those "hidden in plain sight" safes from Home Depot. It looks like a can of Dr. Pepper, but you pop the top to reveal a place to hide keys, flash drives, etc.

Here in our house, hubby and I fill stockings full of things that we need through the year anyway and then throw in a few extras. So a new razor/razor blades, shaving cream (I buy the super good stuff for Christmas), toothbrush, after shave, I usually top his stocking with a pouf, I also buy his favorite candy, usually something handmade (this year a pair of lounge pants), and then I do some little fillers like earbuds, flash drives, keychains, etc.

I got a wallet, a car phone charger (His new job will require more on-the-road time.), and Lemonheads candy to add to what I already had. I got cupholder organizer for his car, but it won't fit in his stocking. I'll just wrap that one.

That's awesome! I thought my 4.99 one was a good deal. Stockings are my favorite Christmas gifts. I love filling them with surprises. One of my best finds was a retro Whoopee Cushion for ds15. I see lots of Christmas laughs at our house!
