Please pray I had a tooth pulled last week and it has turned into a dry socket. The pain is awful. I need to go to work and I need God to move this mountian
Oh my!!!! I've had that before and the pain is exquisite! And it's right in your head so you can't get away from it! ((((HUGS)))) I know God is able to heal and am praying for just that!!!!
I haven't had a dry socket, but I suffered from a bad tooth ache earlier this year. I was at work and it started hurting pretty bad. Thankfully a co-worker had some Alieve. I took three. Later, the pain started coming back and worse, I took two more. Then a couple of hours later, I took two more. When I got home, I took a pain pill from when I hurt my shoulder (in the summer) that I never needed. I was so grateful for that pill. I pray that you will have some relief.
Here's a little update..... I sat here all weekend in tears because of the pain. I called my Dentist on his cell phone, he was out of town. But of course. He said it shouldn't be a dry socket. Well it hurts like crazy.....He said he would call me when he got back in town yesterday. I sat the entire day by the phones waiting and waiting... to no avail....... Let me just say he isn't just a dentist but an old dear friend we grew up together. urg..... I want to punch him! Can you tell I am mad. I called his office this morning and he isn't due in until 9. So I wait some more. I was thinking about calling him at home. Pray..... please! I know I sound nasty and to be quite honest I am. I couldn't go to work today and I had to leave work on Friday because I was sweating in pain. I am terrified to have any dental work done so the thought of going today stresses me out to no end. But, I just want to feel better!
Okay he just called and I will be going at 11:15 PLEASE pray!!!! This extraction only took 3 hours to get the tooth out. I seriously have a hard time with going to the dentist. I would rather give birth alone.
Well its not a dry socket, but an exposed nerve. I just have to wait for it to heal up. Please pray I am exhausted and I need to be out of pain.............
