I was homeschooled from 5-12th grade and I am considering homeschooling my children. I have some questions about online schools and was hoping to find answers and support here.
I saw in another post that you are in AZ. What part of the state? We have some members up in the Phx area, someone in Tucson, and I am just south of Tucson. I am guessing then that it is K-12 you are looking into?
Welcome! It is so cool that we are getting homeschool graduates who are now looking to homeschool their children.
We are with an online charter school here in Utah called My Tech High! mytechhigh.com I totally recommend them. They have a future waiting list for Arizon, as they haven't opened up there yet. My son gets a technology allowance to use to buy him a computer/ laptop, e-reader, printer, etc whatever he needs technology wise to succeed in school. They also offer courses that you can take with their charter school, or you can build your own curriculum and they reimburse you the costs. If you can get into a program like this- I highly recommend it.
