I just received the activity manual for my kids Life Science course for next year.... WOW there are soooo many things I need and don't have!

    Where to buy???

    double pan balance
    bunsen burner
    burette clamp
    butane lab burner
    ring stand
    thistle tube
    test tubes and racks

Talk about being overwhelmed. I had no idea..... Everything keeps adding up!

Why do you need all that stuff? Especially for life science? What curricula are you using? I'd totally just skip those parts.

Looks like you'll need a microscope, still.

I don't see anything about Bunsen burner/butane burner or balance scales in there. I can't imagine what you would need burners or any of the other stuff you listed (except test tubes/rack) for life science... I think HomeTrainingTools goes through each grade level of each curriculum to pack these kits, or goes by what the publisher tells them, and packs everything you need except common household items and bigger stuff you'd want to choose for yourself like a microscope.
