What time re you starting your High School days?
Are you going to let them sit wherever or what this year?
I am trying to get structured with my year in my head as I sit and relax my foot.

My goal is for my kids to get up about 7:30 and start their school work no later than 9. They do some work in their rooms and some in the game/sewing/school room.

My hs'er gets up at 7 and I do math with her as the first subject at 8:30 for an hour. After that she has independent time to do her other subjects until lunch. After lunch (which is 45 minutes) I meet up with her to teach science and then she is off to do any more of her independent work.

I purposely set her up for math (with me) first thing so she won't have the opportunity to doddle.

It has been a few years since I have done high school but with sd we would normally go over her math corrections around 8:30 am. After we did that she would work on stuff, normally in her room, until lunch. After lunch we would spend about 2 hrs going over the material that was due that day. After that she would work on anything else that was not done. She had a tendancy to drag things out too.
