I am looking for the book Portraits of American Girlhood which is the unit studies for the American Girl books/dolls. Does anyone know where to get one that is not full priced??

I found the thing I was looking for!!! It's called "Meet the American Girls" by www.hshighlights.com . It's based ONLY on the "Meet ....." books (or the first book in the series for each girl). Each unit has a drawing prompt, cooking activity, handwriting prompt, creative writing prompt, vocabulary with activity, literature activity, research topic prompt and a character discussion question. It covers Kaya, Felicity, Josefina, Addy, Kirsten, Smantha, Molly, Kit & Julie. If you look on their website, it looks like they now have units for each of the girls based on all 6 books. HTH.
