I was looking a few weeks back for a study guide for the Children's Homer, and couldn't believe how little there is for this book. I could only find one study guide and though it is supposed to be a really good one, it is from a Catholic viewpoint. (no offense to anyone who is Catholic), but that isn't what I wanted. So I decided to write my own. WOW!! I just finished writing the chapter summaries(called books). Has anyone else ever done something like this when you can't find what you want or need?
Can you tell me about the Catholic guide you found--I may be able to use it (as I am Catholic) Also, yes, I have written my own stuff when I couldn't find it! It is at least 10 times what you expect it to be! Don't give up! This is why, I am now searching for a homer guide, rather than writing on
I found these website: http://quizlet.com/3938787/the-childrens-homer-vocabulary-flash-cards/ https://docs.google.com/document/d/1JJ5Vas-qbjLqsQrId_wYw6FLrfXXGNNipR5ioo554Z4/edit?hl=en_US&pli=1
Ooooh, I need to get my hands on the Catholic Homer study guide! We are starting that book in a week or two... Can you please give me that info? I have never tried to write my own study guide, I have a hard enough time just coming up with review questions for chapter =) You are brave, good luck!
Yeah, I ended up writing our own Bible study this year because I tend to be very disappointed at the studies I have seen. So We're doing our own study on the names/character attributes of God.
I was surpised to see this post surface from a couple of years ago...I think this is what I had found back then. http://hillsideeducation.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7
