Hey, I know its read and do kind of curricula but is there anythign for Teacher helps in this Notgrass WOrld History? Like a key or something I am about to delve into it after several years and when I did this with dd she was totally on her own for school. Ds enjoys more attention in his learning and so I have to figure how I get involved other than guessing if he got it right lol. Jackie? didn't you use this?
There is a quiz and exam book with a teacher answer key, but other than that, I don't know of any teacher materials. It's designed to be student-led, however, I made lesson plans for my dd for the first 2 weeks to make sure she had the right pattern down. The main thing was showing her how much she would need to read per day in the literature selections to make sure she was finished in time. EWH simply says "read Mere Christianity for units 1 and 2" and occasionally "continue reading Mere Christianity" I knew my teenager needed more specifics that that!
Okay I was on thier site I a going to rder the quiz and exam book, my ds will need the structure I think. I Can try him out, but yeah, I think maybe the self led wont work wit this one but if I start him out wiht a pattern it may help. I mean it was easy enough with dd, but she was independant to start with. Was hoping ds will like it too since we have it already.
