Well, can't tell anyone else yet, so can I share it with you? Baby #5 on the way. I was at a prayer time at church and a friend who is part of our church's prayer ministry team said she had a dream that I was pregnant and it was a really vivid dream. Then I saw her a week later and she said every time she sees me she has to remind herself that I'm not pregnant. Today I found out I am pregnant. Totally unplanned. I think maybe God was preparing me by giving her that dream. When she first said it I was horrified, but I can see that it must be God's plan. Oh, my. I never in a million years pictured myself with 5 kids. There will be a June baby in our family soon.
Congrats! Fwiw I never in a million years thought I would have 7 kids....yet here I am and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
God really knew what He was doing by giving me two "only" kids -- my only daughter (born to me) and my only son (whom we adopted at age 2). Seriously, though, I'm very happy for you!
Congratulations!!! There is no such thing as an unplanned baby--you just weren't aware of God's plan, that's all!
Congratulations, and I agree with Brooke. My 3rd was unplanned by us, but completely in God's plan for my family. I can see that now.
I totally agree. God must have a purpose and a plan! I think I'm starting to get my head around the idea of another baby coming. I'm starting to feel the excitement of it now.
When I thought I was expecting unexpectedly (I wasn't), I decided the baby's name would be Nathan, because it means "gift of God". I figured this baby wasn't planned, and if God wanted me to have it, I had to accept it as God's PERFECT gift to me.... CONGRATULATIONS!!!
