Hello everyone! I am Joy, a SAHM to 3 girls, ages 6, 10, and 12. We've been virtually homeschooling since my oldest started school, but have decided to try our hand at traditional homeschooling. The virtual school environment is just not working for us anymore, though we loved it while it lasted, the rules and guidelines are getting to be too much. I would welcome any input, insight, advice anyone is willing to give, especially about rules/laws here in OH, as I'm super nervous about the starting up, mainly. Can't wait to get to know and learn from other experienced homeschooling families! Oh, wanted to ask also, is there a cut off date for when you can begin throughout the current school year, or can you start anytime basically? I would love to start ASAP, if possible, as my girls need to get back to the basics in math especially, and I just want to relax and let them learn. thank you!!
I just wanted to say welcome. I don't have any info on the HS laws in Ohio so I can't help there but try posting the question on the Homeschooling board and I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction. Debbie
