My kids have graduated! So proud of them! My daughter has had a lot of ups and downs but yesterday we attended her graduation ceremony with a homeschool accountability association in our state. It was a BEAUTIFUL ceremony. My husband and I were called up on stage when her name was called. I presented her with her diploma while my husband moved her tassel to the other side of her cap. It was very touching and very personal unlike other graduations I have attended. This morning our church held a celebration service for the graduates which was also very touching and special. My son graduated college last weekend. It was nice but there were over 1500 kids graduating and it wasn't very well run. I was able to go up to the "photograph" area and still couldn't see him receive his diploma. I'm very proud of him, he has also had a lot of ups and downs. He has autism and this was day I never dreamed I would see.
