I haven't been here in a long time. Life has been crazy! We never moved to China. The gentleman over the project had a stroke and is still recovering. He's come a long way. We have been living with a friend for awhile still. Just started looking for a house this past week. The kids aren't kids anymore or so it seems. My oldest moved to Cleveland,Tn. The boys are 18 and the baby is 16. I have to pinch myself. They all are working and at least two will begin college courses soon. One of the boys and youngest daughter is in the process of graduating next week. They took the math portion of their test and both passed with a B. They will start the English portion later this week. I am pleased with their score. The youngest wants to take it again because she missed a few more than her brother and that just drives her nuts. Hahaha! My other son will most likely graduate in December. I think that pretty much sums it up for now. Hope everyone is doing well.
Thanks ladies. It's good to be back at least for a little while anyways. Hard to believe my homeschooling journey is almost over. I wish I could start all over with the knowledge that I have now. It's bittersweet.
Nice to see you again! I thought of you earlier this summer- we were talking about something Chinese and you zipped through my mind. I am nearing the end of the journey too and while I would do things differently now, I am not wasting time on the what-ifs. It sounds like your children received a very good education and have a great relationship with you! MT3
