I had NO idea there was such a thing until my SIL posted about her new bday present on FB.. The NEATEST thing ever!! It actually curls your hair for you! Maybe I've been living under a rock but i have never seen this sorta thing before.. Now I WANT one! And my 13 year old is right there with me.. Maybe we can share it.. I can see me using it to do her hair for prom :) They are super expensive though.. Maybe by the time her prom comes they will have come down in price and I can get one..

That just looks like a whole new level of please-cut-this-random-thing-out-of-my-hair.

Or am I the only one who has that problem?

    Thanks for the link.

I would be, too, scared to use it! lol
My hair is already curly, so I use the In-Styler to straighten it. Sometimes, I like to use a large barrel iron to loosen the curls, and give some bounce. I was hoping this was similar to a large barrel, but it isn't.

I immediately saw it drawing itself up to my face and burning me. They I would be hurrying to cut it away from scorched forehead, wishing I had thought to unplug it first.

I saw something really similar on an infomercial! This one looks way more "chic" and high end, but still a bit scary! The commercial made it look so good and the curls looked nice, but I can imagine myself trying it at home and just ending up with a huge tangled mess of a nest on my head. I'll stick to a curling iron for now.

Yep.. I changed my mind.. I agree with all of y'all.. I do NOT need my hair burned off.. It's thin enough as it is.. Still a neat idea, I'm just not brave enough to try it..
