Please keep my daughter, Katie, in your prayers. We are at the hospital and she just went back for her surgery. She is having gastric bypass.
Katie had a pretty good night and is doing great. She is resting now but has been up walking this morning. She is able to sip some water and keep it down so she now gets other liquids. Last night she licked on a popsicle a little bit. Things are going well and she should go home tomorrow.
Katie is doing great and we should be going home before noon. Please pray she makes it okay during the hour long drive. That was rough for me when I had my gastric bypass. We even had to pull over and stop so I could get out and move around a bit. Emily can't wait to see her this afternoon.
