They came to our area this past year. It was a blast for ds (8 at the time). There were enough take-aways that it made it worth the price. There were Chima racers, and other small bagged Lego sets. You just had to make sure you scoped out the activities and went to each of the ones with "free" stuff. I do not like being in large crowds, so that was my biggest concern. We were in a stadium packed with people, but we managed to see everything we wanted to without waiting too long for anything.
