My daughter is very independent and prefers to work alone instead of with me. I like what I see in the BJU Heritage Studies but I'm wondering if someone can tell me if it's something my daughter can follow along with little assistance. How teacher intensive is it? I'm looking at the 4th grade level.

We have been doing ACE and although she loves it, I'm not thrilled with the History at all.

We use Bob Jones Heritage Studies at our co-op and I have never considered it independent. I like it, but all of BJU' s curriculum seems more classroom oriented than independent. We did Heritage 5 at home and I lead them through it.

I agree. We used BJ English ages ago. We only used it for one year. It was also too traditional for us.
