Hi, I'm Michelle. I'm new here, but not new to homeschooling. I have seven kids and two are homeschooled, two are in college, and three go to public school. We are a large blended family with two his, four mine and one ours. But they all live with us full time. Even my son who went away to college is coming home tomorrow to transfer to a college back where we live. I'm here because I'm ovewhelmed and even though I've been there and done this for 14+ years, I need an outlet to vent/ask questions to/cheer for. Michelle
Hi Michelle, Welcome to Homeschool Spot! It's not always an easy task to teach at home but my wife and I enjoyed teaching our kids when they were small. Now the oldest is 30 and the youngest is 22, haha time flies!!!! I have taught drafting for the past 32 years and have enjoyed reaching out to students. I had the opportunity to teach my own kids not only at home but brought them into my technology class. Two years ago my wife and I started a drafting online class for homeschoolers and I have really enjoyed reaching out to students, especially when they want to learn!
