Do you guys know any sites to track transcripts? I found one, and it's not expensive, but my daughter took more classes this year than it's allowing me to give space for, she will also take more next year, too....she's loading up so she can either graduate early or have a light senior year so she can work and do school at the same time.

We're contemplating dropping our Diploma program...we found out that even though PA recognizes our diploma, it is no more "accredited" than a parent issued diploma.

Would love to hear thoughts on the whole thing, too...my oldest would like to do culinary school. Would we need an non-parent issued diploma for financial aid? I'm worried about dropping it...but at the same time, it's a lot of red tape that I could really keep track of on my own with a spreadsheet, right???

I just made my own excel spreadsheet. That way I have room for everything.

I made my own. If you like, I can send you a copy to see how I did it, but basically I did a search for high school transcripts templates, found one that worked for me, and followed their example.

Jackie - yes, I'd love to see yours!!! :) I'll pm you my email address.

Shilman - if you're willing to share yours, as well, I could pm you my address.

I loved the one I found at one free site, and it's inexpensive, but it doesn't have enough slots to hold all she did this year. :( And no one can seem to answer for me if I could add more rows if I pay the $30 lifetime fee. I'd be willing to pay it if I knew it would hold it!!!

Would you mind sharing the free one you like but don't have enough slots on? I have a few possible transcript examples/options saved, but don't remember details on them off the top of my head. Always looking to improve! :D I'd like to compare it with the ones I have on hand... Thanks!

Sure, http://www.myhomeschooltranscripts.com/free-transcripts/ . It does a very nice job calculating credits and GPA and stuff. BUT...you have to pay $$ to "save" it, but you can print it for free, it just won't store it from year to year. If it had enough spots, it's worth the $30 LIFETIME unlimited use license. For me, I have 3 kids, and it would work fine. Except my oldest daughter wants to graduate early, so she's really loading her credits young. And they don't all fit!!! LOL :)

Awesome, thanks so much! This sounds/looks great, but we may hit the same wall as you, so I'll look at your second link, too. We crammed a bunch into what I always called our sophinor (sophomore/junior) year. lol. We did all of high school in just under 3 years. :D
