The big box came in this morning!

    We are all so excited!

Sully, my 1st grader who has been having fits with RSM, opened up the workbook and started yelling out answers. After he did that section, he looked at me with a huge smile on his face and said, "This is easy! It will get harder right?" I assured him it would get harder. He wanted to start today even though we only finished RSM yesterday.

Thank you to who ever suggested McRuffy.

I purchased a Teacher's Manual earlier in the year for the Kinder Math, just case Finn wanted to do school work. (That never happened )

Love it when they're excited and happy:) Was kinda the whole reason I home schooled...to tap into that natural love of learning.

So glad you found something he clicks with! Kinda makes your day, doesn't it?

Happy and excited is a great start.

Dh threatened to tape up the RSM book because of how much our son hated some of the lessons. I loved it for K but the "B" level did not work for us.

There's a great new app available on Google Playstore called StudyApps - It's a lot of fun with plenty of practice questions and reference material for Grade 1-7 learners.
So far, my 2 kids are loving it!
