I need 12th grade History for my Sr. I am thinking ACE but is there anything that might be more interesting. She is not a history person so I really want to keep that in mind.

    Thanks

I am actually teaching Gov't /Economics at my co-op this year. You might want to look at the Bluestocking Press books. They are a very good program and an interesting read. We are also adding in Painless US Government for the class instead of a bunch of the extra books they suggest. I also only used two of the guide books Justice and then Economics. You can find many of these books on the used sites too

I haven't used it yet, but I plan to use Notgrass's highschool program.

I was going to recommend Notgrass, too. We are doing American History this year (my oldest). She loved how the samples read.

I've heard that the Civics is really good.

I had J look at all the samples of the books mentioned.. I even had her look at Notgrass and she chose the ones she wanted. LOL... the easiest I think (or well she thinks.. LOL) I just purchased the first part then I can get the rest when needed.. she liked the books from Blockstocking press...

She is not a history person, so hopefully these will keep her interest long enough. ;)

She really does not have that much she needs to finish to graduate so this yr I am trying to make it easy on her... being the nice Mamma I am and all :p

We are using Financial freedom for economics, and ( its University level) SOS for Civics
