Have any of you ever purchased an American Girl Doll for your daughter? I am going to buy the doll Jess for Emma for Christmas and I found some on ebay new and in the box. My question is, if the doll needed to go to the American Girl Hospital for repairs, am I only allowed to send her if I purchased her through the company or could I still send her even if I purchased her from ebay. Either way, I would be paying for repairs. I was just wondering so I can decide to by new and cheaper from ebay or new from the company. I would still have to pay a fair amount for the doll new from ebay, so I want to be sure she has hospital privilages. Thanks! Patty
all you need is the hospital form and you can get them from the original packaging or in the back of any american girl magizine or catalog...we sent one in for repairs that we got for $11 at a garage sale and it came back almost as good as new!
