HSLDA response to eBay

    "I was waiting origionally until Sami reached mandatory school age so that we would qualify for the free membership someone here reccommended a few months ago. I may still try that sionce she will be 5 by the time I get to it."
    what free membership?

    I haven't purchased from HSLDA yet but I plan to. Right now I pretty much have what I need. I understand why only members can buy, it is so they know that homeschooling teachers are purchasing these books. It is also a nonprofit organization and I do not think they are making a dime on the sales. It was strictly created to assist its members in purchasing necessary curriculum that ebay no longer sells. It is a benefit of being a member.

    yep then they can hopefully keep kids from sneaking in and buying teacher copies too, right?

    eBay doesn't allow teacher editions anymore? oh no.

    It's a scholarship for low income single parents.
