A few months ago My kid all entered a Boeing/NASA art contest, and Eva is the winner for her age group. Her art will be displayed at the confrence in Huston TX. (some thing to do with NASA) she will recieve a framed repoduction of her art and some other prizes. Also one of the prizes is for her class mates (they were a little over whelemed to hear that there are over 100 homeschoolers in our group) But they want to do a presention to the 25 who are most interested. (which will probably be fine since a LOT of the kids are too young for the museum.) anyway if I find a link to the website that it will be displayed on I'll get it here. She said its not up yet. THe other kids want to know when there will be other contests! --- a little jellous.

Give Eva a big hug from us and tell her we are proud of her. Didn't know anything about a contest going on but that is so neat. Let us know what she gets.
Yaaaay for Eva! What a great accomplishment!!! Yes, let her know we are all proud of her! HEY, if any of us hear of contests, lets let each other know! This'd be so fun to have our kids participate in this kind of thing, but I never see any advertised! Way to go Amy for getting your kids involved!!!
HOW WONDERFUL!!! Is there a local homeschool magazine you can brag about her in? (Our state magazine has a place to post kids' achievements!).
