I will go ahead and reintroduce myself again. I have been a member for a bit but have been busy and have not posted too much here. My name is Kelley and we homeschool our three daughters, 9, 8 and 4. Right now we live just North of Dallas and have been here for 25-31 years (the honey 31 and me 25). We will be moving to Little Rock in the next couple months and I am curious to know more about the laws and homeschooling life in AR. I am sure I will be around her more often now as we are leaving all of our friends and family here.

Thanks for the warm welcome Pam and Beth. Thanks also for all those weblinks. I have already emailed several of those and asked for some information from HSLDA. I am a little anxious about moving into a state that has laws but they are pretty laidback so I know it will go well.
Hi Kelley, Hope you do have time to hang out with us here more! I have 3 children: ds15, ds13 and dd9. We love homeschooling! I have an uncle who lives in Arkansas, and a good friend of my dh's lives there also. My uncle has been there forever, I think, and they love it there!

HI Kelly, I am pretty new here myself. I just started HS'ing my 2 boys who are 6 and 7, yesterday (officially). We pulled them from PS on December 14th - Very long story - and did some activities with them through out the Christmas break but went gungho yesterday. We are up in Northern Illinois. So, I can't help with Arkansas, but I would google the area and join some groups in the area. Good luck with the move.
