Please be in prayer for my mom. In December we learned she had an aortic anuersym. Her regular doctor told us it measured 3.4, which is not critical. They set her up with a specialist. She went to him last Wednesday and he told us it measured 5.6, this is critical. She should have seen the specialist before Christmas. I can't understand how a doctor can misread a report to that degree of being wrong. Today she is having a CT scan to get the exact position of the anuersym. We know surgery is the only option but because of her age, that in and of itself is risky. Please also pray for her salvation.
I am praying for your mother. I went through this right before Christmas with my mother. I can't explain exactly what happened but we were told she had an aortic anuersym and then they said she didn't. We are still trying to find out what is causing her pain and making her feel bad and hurt when she eats. I know how scary it has been for us. You are in my prayers. Beth
update on my mom First of all I want to thank all of you for praying for my mom. We finally got the test results back. The aortic aneuysm is smaller that the specialist told my folks. It is at a 3.4, which is considerably smaller and less dangerous. Second, her cholesterol is down to 159. Many praises there. I would ask for continued prayer for my folks. They received a call last Saturday night around 9PM our time that their only son (my brother) was killed in a traffic accident in California. This was the first fatalaty for the year in Fresno, California. He was driving a taxi and going to pick up a fare when he pulled out in front of a semi. This has been a very emotional past week for them. My husband and myself have been doing all we can to take any amount of stress from them and to do what we can. Just having a very rough few weeks. My husband just lost a sister-in-law right before Christmas, now this. Thanks for your prayers
