We also have our home up for sale, nobody had come to look at it. The market is down. 1. Eating popcorn for snack tonight. 2. Watching Thomas the Train with my little dgd. 3. DH taped the NASCAR race and we will watch that after dgd goes to bed.
I taught children's church today. I do every week during our 11:00 service and I love the kids there. 1. I feel like a chuefer (sp?) for dd10 - she had a sleepover last nigth I had to pick her up from, then to and from confirmation class and then to her friends dance recital in Conroe. Busy lady. And peope always bring up the S word. 2. Dh is grilling hot dogs for dinner. 3. I got into it with my neighbors last night about Christianity and homeschooling. (I plan on posting about that one real soon but I'm still trying to calm down today)
Oh I love the S word. With Ballet, basketball, youth group, church and co-op we get enough, sometimes I think to much. 1. My DH went grocery shopping for me tonight!! (even in the snow) 2.We had spaghetti tonight for dinner 3. The house is picked up before Monday! (that seems to be my big clean day)
My house is picked up,too! (dh did alot of it ) 1. I love teaching the children in our church 2. I need to go to the library and get dd's their own library cards. 3. I need to exersise more.
I never plan it this way, but I usually clean on Mondays too! Unfortunately, MY house isn't picked up.....yet! Yikes!! Um...I need to go to the library today too..... 1. My dd8 and I had a GREAT day yesterday at World Thinking Day, a big Girl Scouting Event, where we BOTH made new friends!! 2. Really looking forward to Homeschool Day at the ZOO this Thursday! 3. I went to bed at a decent hour last night and have been up since hubby left @ 5:40am!!! Getting lots of stuff done! Woohooo!!!
I went to bed last night at a good time too. 1. my nephew called and they are without lights because of ice storm 2. dd is doing math. 3. well need to find something good to eat today. But, have to watch what we eat the only thing that hasn't been called back is choc. So, I guess we will have choc. soup, with choc. bread.
We need to be careful what we eat too but I just watch what brand I have and make sure I cook all the way and pray over the food. 1. dd had a chocolate cake yesterday kris come over and have some! It has pudding for icing! 2. I am tired this morning, like the weekend was so long, but it was only two days... zzzzzzz 3. I woke up early then prayed the Lord would let me sleep another half hour hehe, He did!

I really hate the mess my house becomes on Monday mornings...I really have considered making it a cleaning day and no school day. lol. Oh well.
oo, chicken chili sounds great for supper! But I don't know how to make it. I have a ton of laundry to do though, and can only do it one arm at a time hahaha. I am getting there though healing wise folks! I totally hate the mess my house has become because of this arm, I will have months of cleaning when I can use both arms normal! My kids are schooling while I play haha, work on devotional and check email! 2 dd's cake was chocolate with pudding mix mixed in, before you cook it, and then pudding for the icing! we used gel coloring for decorations and it was cute! 3. The sun hasn't come out today 1. Dgs and I had a dental appointment today. Good report, not cavaties. 2. Dgs is working on science and history right now. 3. Meeting the homeschoolers at The Fun Fortress from 2-4 for a fun day. It is a place where they have blow up jumping things??? Sounds like fun to me
We're going to be doing history soon. I found a neat program for the boys to do to learn US History to prepare for the CLEP test they will be taking when they're ready. It's amazingly interesting, even dd has joined in watching the VERY interesting video and filling out the info. sheets and doing the summaries as the boys are! 1. We have an adjudication coming up in music, so we have practice today, performance tomorrow and practice Wednesday! BUSY! 2. I have sinus pressre and headache, so dd is getting me hot and cold washcloths to help alleviate the pressure. she's doing it all n her own! 3. There's sun out today!!!
I went shopping today, my feet are killing me. I wish I could go to bed --- now. 1. My husband tried to get financing to buy a car last week but couldn't cause he doesn't have credit (mine is horrible). Today a guy at work offered to sell him one of his cars for $1500 (YES!!!!). It is not final yet but if we get it I will be so happy! 2. I'm waiting on my kids to get done with dishes so I can make dinner. I'm feeling really uncookish (my word, you won't find in an any dictionary -- I think) today so I'm making the kids spaghetti and something with ground hamburger and nothing tomato-bases for hubby. 3. Today was an easy school day, we went to the library and reading is our assignment for tonight.
I made tonight's dinner last night! Yeah for me!! Chicken for dinner. 1. We went to co - op today and we all went bowling. Kind of a field trip. All had fun! 2. I have a headache. 3. Decided to be proactive and begin to walk 30 minutes every day. Really need to for my health and I want desparately to look better and have some beautiful clothes- not just MOM clothes.
My husband and I are going to start working out on our weight bench again, eventually. 1. Hubby lost his brand new phone today, luckily I didn't go back and get the $200 phone he wanted and he lost the cheaper one. 2. I was supposed to make sweet potatoe pie today but never got to it---again. 3. I have a bunch of library books on cooking and wish I could make copies of the pages but my baby boy destroyed my printer today with one good tug on a little thin piece of plastic that was not strong enough to resist.
