I called the Pizza Hut Book It program hotline today. I asked the rep if they plan on having the Book It program extended to teen readers because that is when they need the most incentive to read. She said they recieve a lot of phone calls everyday concerning that and that they have a committee that is reveiwing the program to extend it to teens. I said is there anything we (parents and homeschoolers) could do to help get the program extended. Well she said to EMAIL Pizza Hut and ask that they extend the program to teens. She also said to get a lot of people to do that , that way they know there is a need for the extend program. Just go to the Book It site http://www.bookitprogram.com and click on contact us , then click on ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE and fill out the form and put ATTN: SHELLEY on the first line, then write your note. If we get enough people to email hopefully we can get the program extended to teenagers!
