I hate hot weather too. 1) Our field trip went well yesterday. 2) I'm not tired, but my body is. 3) I'm tired of not having a TV in the kitchen so that I can watch the news while the kids watch cartoons in the morning, and while I make dinner.
I am going to plan on a tv in my laundry room. I am thinking i will probably spend a lot of time in there.SIGH.. 1. We have Sonflower Girls today. 2. It is also park day. 3. I found a great Ebay store to buy my BJU books cheaper than I could drive to my local store to get them! Yeah!!
yeah re ebay bju store books! YEAH! I found none that I was looking for in the right grades but found there are a lot of good places to buy from! 1. School is going okay so far.. only a little complaining by kids! 2. I was ready to quit this week with all the complaints in teaching, as well as corrections in attutides I had to do! 3. I actually brought out the grouchy mommy voice!
Hey there is a new way to exercise that is really better for your heart/body (I'm going to try it too), and only 3 times a week, 20 minutes each ONLY, and it don't make you hungry afterwards they say.... better then running. Go to 700 club News Letter, saw it yesterday on his program, and take it from a GreatGrandMother, take you vitamins and minerals too daily, and don't drink the city water. Take breaks with the LORD and listen to HIS music, mediating renews you completely. If you want a FREE Sacred Piano Tape of my music, just request it, for those that I have given it to say, "It relaxes you." In fact a young girl, who was in our church couldn't sleep at night, and she goes to sleep now playing my CD, and sleeps all night ~ because is it G-d's Music!!! I listened to Bill Gaither this morning on TV, which was soooo outstanding, his interview ~ you need to get his tape on going to Israel ~ It is wonderful!!!! More so because they are sitting, walking in Jesus' City!!! 1. I've been sick all 2 weeks with broncitis really bad bug. 2. BUT this helps me to reconnect with young people's needs and life's ~~ don't give up TeacherMOM's. You are making all the WONDERFUL differences 'Your Calling" in your children's lives. AWESOME! All three of my children are participating in the church program this weekend: ds15 is playing piano during offering, ds13 is reading scripture, and dd10 is telling the childrens' story!
1. I'm so sad. Dh just left for the night. He and some friends went deep sea fishing. they are staying in CLute tonight and will be back tomorrow night. I miss him already. 2. The girls and I ordered pizza. 3. Samantha is going to sleep with me tonight.
I hate when Freddy isn't home for any reason. He would love to be gone fishing instead of at work on weekends. 1. I have fought a headache most of the day. 2. Crystal was feeling a little down this afternoon so I called her best friend, Sarah, and arranged for her to spend the night without Crystal knowing about it. She was so surprised! 3. I start keeping Babyboy four days a week beginning Monday. I love that kid! He is signing a lot more now and can say several words too.
I can't believe it but my girls cried for 20 mins after their daddy left. They never do that!!! 1. We ate pizza and are waiting for Grace to finish so we can devour the cinnamon sticks. 2. I don't know what to do with myself when Dwayne is gone. 3. Okay I am so sappy tonight,,,,, I miss my husband!!!!!!!!!!
I will not miss my husband for the next 3 weeks. He is officially on vacation. 1. Had Pastor and wife over for supper - Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Corn, Green Beans, rolls and cherry pie. 2. Dgd didn't get to sleep tonight until midnight. 3. Dgs is excited that we are finished with school this year.
I miss my dad this week, and my mom. When do you get over crying for them? 1. Ds has pictures and game this morning almost at the same time! gonna be fun! 2. I am tired today... gonna get that first cup of coffee in aminute though and that will help! I hope! Cause coffee doesnt really wake me up liek some people, but smelling it cook ususallly does! HA!Ill go sniff some coffee haha 3. I had a wonderful time worshiping the Lord this morning with old songs from when I first started goign to church... uh..... too many years ago! HA!
I also love the smell of coffee. 1. My kids got a new pet today. It's a caterpillar. My 8 yo son found it on our driveway. 2. I love listening to my husband play hymns on the piano and enjoy singing along, especially "Be Thou My Vision." 3. I had fever for 4 days last week and it went away; then it started again yesterday and I still have it today.
blessedmom--maybe you should get yourself checked out? I will pray for you to get better! My ds15 plays and we sing---I LOVE that! 1. We all worked on the neighborhood cleanup today. A lot of people showed up and really worked! It was great! 2. I'm trying to cut down on my salt, so don't add it as much anymore. It's hard though, I love salty stuff. I was just getting too much salt, so want to eat more healthfully. 3. This was a beautiful day here! Sunshine and blue sky, though it started out cloudyish and cold.
We have had a beautiful day here today too. So sunny and just enough breeze. 1. Today was Hope Sunday at our church and it was so special. It is for Relay for Life Cancer research Teamwalk. We had 3 speakers and they all did great. 2. Our neighbor had a small snake in her house today! 3. Crystal is running a fever and feeling lousy. Looks like a doctor visit tomorrow. I am hoping it isn't strep throat.
Deena, thanks so much for your prayers! You're a sweet sister in Christ. Due to our change of insurance (because of my husband's job change), we have to wait until Tuesday to go see a doctor. 1. I still have fever today. I hope and pray that Crystal would be feeling better and that she doesn't have strep throat. 2. My husband has been so helpful. He got grocery, cooked, cleaned, took care of the kids, etc. 3. I enjoy eating seafood, especially fresh crab and shrimps. We just had crab tonight .

I am so sad my dh went for a job interview and it's 5 hours away and might not be back until Wednesday, because if this one don't work he is going to another. I hate being alone. It's beautiful here this morning! 1. I went to Curves and got a good workout this morning! 2. I should have them pay me for advertising for them, huh? I don't work there, I just go there and I like it! 3. Today we are going to my friend Beverly's home for the kids to play and for her and me to have a good talk about stuff. I'm also going to try to get her going on this site, she said she's kind of confused about how to get around.
