I like using the air bakes. But any shiny silver ones are good, the air bakes have no sides so the heat gets to them evenly.

I hate my airbake pan and never use it. Maybe I do something wrong. Cookies never burn, but the middles take forever to get done!

    Wilton makes great cookie sheets.

I'm interested in this too!! We've had absolutely no luck with cookie sheets.......they always end up getting blackish and rusty no matter what we do it seems.....

I do have an airbake and it just isn't as good as my other cookie sheet, which happens to be the one I want to replace.

I wonder if all cookie sheets have teflon on them? I will have to do some checking around.

If your pans are dark, then consider using a sil pat.

OOHHH I love Pampered Chef items. Maybe I should look into those. Though I do have a few things I am getting rid of I never used. How is that possible;)

I know I don't want teflon sheets. How would I know if they are teflon when most of the sheets at the store don't say?

Another says Electro-tin plating (ETP), anyone know what that is?

    Thanks!!
