We are moving to Mexico with my company and we have homeschooled for 5 years. As part of our relocation, my company will pay for a WONDERFUL very exclusive private school in Mexico. We hate to give up schooling them at home but we think the cultural opportunity is too great to pass up....

The problem is they want transcripts and certificate of completion for their grades...

Does anyone have any experience with anything like this... any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Both of them are in elementary.

    Thanks.

You can order 'report' card blanks from www.rainbowresource.com. I'm sure you can make them too. . .but that's where I'd start. What kind of records have you been keeping?

Sounds awesome! I would let the kids go for at least a year to give it a try. Did you explain to the school that your children are homeschooled? Maybe they can give you some direction. In your state did you have any requirements to homeschool?? Like standardized tests or anything? If so, you may want to include the scores of the tests and any info from the state that excused your kids from absence due to homeschooling. You can print out all your own transcripts. You won't have much of a choice. Maybe the school will want to give an entrance exam?

Sorry I could not be of much help. I hope things work out for you! Sounds like a fun adventure!
