We have a coupon club here in Texas and we would like to send some expired coupons to someone overseas so that they still can use them. Would perfer someone who will share with another coupon club/or form one... Or knows of a place to take it at commissary to pass out the ones they don't want to use. We have had trouble in the past on sending it out and no one ever responds to us letting us know they got the package. There is no charge to you.
