There's another thread titled clp that is about Christian Liberty Press. Also it's been talked about recently in some of the threads, but I don't remember which ones. You could go to the top and click on search and write Christian Liberty Press and it would bring up where it's talked about. I used it 10 years ago when we first started. My oldest was in 2nd grade, and I had no clue where to begin with homeschooling, so I got the whole curriculum for 2nd grade. It gave me peace of mind to have it all there and laid out for me on what to do, and even sometimes what to say! Oh, and we used just the Bible and Spelling for awhile, and off and on have used other things through the years! We liked it! We didn't use every little thing, but still liked the program. We really like their Bible and Spelling programs! The books are no frills, mostly black and white, but that's why they can keep the costs down for people! I appreciate that so much! For the price I think it's great!

Some people don't like a "boxed curriculum." But for my first year, it was really nice to have it laid out for me!!! As I said, we didn't follow it ALL, but the fact that it was there helped me get through that year in a much calmer state of mind!
