I am trying to get Vicki's 3rd grade Abeka readers for next year. I have always used vegsource.com. I have never use Ebay. I am a little nervous about it. I can't post on vegsource no more. I most have to much security on computer for them. Please let me know if you like or not. I may have to buy all the stuff I get used this way. Thanks and have a good weekend.

    Trish~
I can't post on Vegsource anymore either. I e-mailed the manager and she said it's because I have an accelerator on my computer now. Oh well. Anyway, you can still purchase from them because most of the time you are to e-mail the person directly anyway.
As for e-bay, I've purchased things on there as well. I've never had any problems. I used to get nervous about bidding though; but now I just figure "whatever"- I either win it or I don't. Sometimes things are offered as "buy it now" items; I've taken advantage of that a few times.
Also, I know some others on this board have had great success buying used curriculum from homeschoolclassifieds.com. You may want to check that out.

    ebay

    I LOVE ebay! LOL

I have bought way too much. Using PayPal I feel very secure and have always received everything I have purchased. Though I have never sold anything. I would like too though. I have a DIVE cd we no longer need.

I bought at least half of my hs books from e-bay last yr. I have never had a problem. I have sold a lot on there too. I love it.

I bought French last year. I hated it, but have got to honestly say that the person who sold it to me was fine. There was a minor problem, something that could have easily been an honest oversite, and when I brought it to her attention, she quickly took care of it. I just didn't like E-Bay. I really prefer Homeschool Classifieds. I've bought a lot of stuff there, and have never had any problems.

I recently closed my ebay account and man, what a bunch of baloney you go through.
Why is that? Does anyone know?
