I'd take anything infowars says with a huge grain of salt. Alex Jones is a conspiracy nut.

I'm not familiar with Alex Jones or infowars. But I am troubled with the idea that homeschoolers are being depicted at the "bad guys". Could there be some idiot, isolationist extremists that homeschool? Yeah, but they are few and far between.

I don't understand why they need a background story with such details to run emergency response drills. The "why" is the job of investigators after the situation is under control; all emergency responders need to know is that there's a criminal who needs to be stopped and people who need to be helped. Coming up with an fictional "Wacko's Against Public Schools" homeschooler's group seems more like a vitriolic political statement than a helpful fact to enhance the drill.

Alex Jones does have a bit of imagination, but a LOT of what he says he backs up with proof. Either way, though, the news report is real and they did portray angry parents as terrorists, as if they have EVER been the perpetrators. Makes me angry.
