My in & out boxes are nearly full, but I don't want to delete the messages. I see where I can make new folders, but I don't know how to transfer messages into them. Thanks in advance for your help. "Prairie Home"
First make your folders. Then go back to the Private Message page and click the little white boxes next to your messages. At the bottom of that part of the page, there is a line that says "Selected Messages" and has pull down choices. Select "Move to folder..." and then choose the folder.
Marylyn, you are so kind to help me with this! Please pardon my ineptitude. My pull-down choices are only: delete, mark as read, mark as unread, & three types of download. These are beside the "Selected Messages" line. What am I doing wrong?
