Guess what I got today! My pal sent me the sweetest ornament that says the Sloans, a cookie decorating set, a beautiful handmade card and some goodies for foot care. How did she know my feet are worn out from shopping! I especially love the card! I wish I had the talent to make my own cards. Thanks Melissa! Have a great Christmas. Beth

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH Now I can do a little dance and jump up and down and say hurraaaaaaaaaaaaay hehehe
how fun this was a blessing to me you guys! Really kept my mind on other people this year! It also taught my kids a lot abotu the joys of giving!
each child was able to purchase thier own gifts this year, God dropped two twenties for my boys LITTERALLY IN ONE CASE!

MY hubby was in the garden... cleaning things up cutting back the roses and cactus. he had been thinking on my Dd having a 'job' at childrens church earning 15 dollars a week by running the sound system for both services! He said "Lord I need to think about how much money I can give to johnny cause he is wanting to get people presents himself now too.... maybe ten? No, Lord I need twenty dollars for him, yep thats what I will give him." he proceeded to pick up a pile of cactus that had been there a week or two waiting so people who want them can take them. ( our neighbors help themselves to our cactus often so we cut them and leave them so they dont distroy the beauty at the same time) At the bottom of the pile of cactus was a tweny dollar bill!
My husband brought it in , all muddy too, and showed me and he was beaming at how God took care of this ! Told my ds the story of where it came from and he was so excited too!

He put two dollars aside in a toy church so he could tithe too! hehe so cute!
Okay , few weeks later, we were discussin how my older son was down because he could not get anyone anything, didnt have anything to make for anyone or a job this year because he gave up the paid one for volenteering to do the sound system and power point at 'big church' for free! We wanted to bless him with a 20, each of us was thinking that, I said I tried to give him 10 from my pay check but he would nto take it.
The next day we got a check from an unexplained place, a bank we used to have had a class action suite and we were awarded.... 20.23 ! Lol! We knew right away it was for ds15. MY husband is getting the biggest blessing out of all this, he has not seen God provide in such detail before!
I am welling up with joy over it all because I know God will provide like this but seeing it is a totally differnt thing! Even little things like how your children feel about giving He takes into account!
last year, I would have been wondering if they even thought of giving to someone else, this year its all about giving ! Well I have to tell you, I have already had my Christmas gift! My children got it!
    Merry Christmas!

OMGoodness what a wonderful blessing you received. what an amazing story..I always know that no matter what our needs will be provided for, it may not be on MY time schedule because everything is on HIS schedule. How wonderful for you and your family!!!!
