I asked our local library but they don't offer a machine for public use.

If you have a teacher supply store in your area they would be able to do it for you. Some Staples/Office Depot/Office Max/Kinko's can also laminate.

Okay cool. Guess I'll have to make some phone calls and get some pricing!

Our Staples laminates for people. We also have some hole in the wall postal annexes that laminate.

I got stuff laminated at Staples and it cost me a fortune. I could have gone to Wal-Mart and bought a laminater and the sleaves and got about 50 more 8"x11" sheets laminated for just $10.00 more than what I paid at Staples.:x So be careful, you might just want to buy one at Wal-Mart.

If it's too expensive I'm just going to buy what I need. I just thought it would be more fun to make it.

If you aren't doing anything bigger than a sheet of paper.. go to Walmart and buy a laminator for $25, and some laminating sheets for a few more and do it yourself.. its definately an investment you won't regret!! I love mine use it constantly!! I buy several packs of 200 laminating pouches from Sam's Club a year (they are about $20 for 200 of them there), so that tells you I laminate EVERYTHING!

If it's too big for a home laminator, there is always clear contact paper... a pain but way cheaper than Staples for sure!
