and now my son is making all sorts of duct tape weapons and planning the fort he wants for Christmas. I had gone to the grocery store and left ds at home with dh. I come back an hour later and ds was doing chores to earn "privileges to duct to duct tape, pvc, and cardboard". It took awhile before I saw the open catalog and realized that he had looked through the catalog with dh and saw a book on duct tape stuff with a fort in the back ground. So, now he is saving up to buy wood to build a fort in the back yard (went into details about how it was going to look). He has made a battle axe out of duct tape, cardboard, and a wooden dowel. He also made a dagger out of duct tape and cardboard. Thanks Amie for introducing us to the catalog last Christmas. Even if we have not ordered from it, it is well loved in our house.
